In this spacious home, we explored the possibility of adding an additional bedroom and a primary bathroom.
A closer look at the existing layout revealed an opportunity to improve the overall layout and functionality of the space The main path to the rest of the house ran directly through the kitchen, making it harder to work comfortably and creating an especially challenging flow with a growing family.
By relocating the powder room, we were able to reshape the kitchen into a more compact and efficient space, improve circulation, and create a more private entrance to the powder room.
The result is a home that works more naturally- with better flow, a safer kitchen, and a layout ready to grow with the family.
