In this spacious home, a growing family wanted to explore options for adding a bedroom for their upcoming baby, along with an additional primary bathroom.

While this wasn’t part of the original scope, a closer look at the kitchen revealed underlying layout issues. The main path of travel ran through the kitchen, making it difficult to work comfortably and raising safety concerns with a baby on the way.

By relocating the powder room, we were able to create a more compact and functional kitchen, improve circulation, and design a more discreet entrance to the powder room.

The outcome is a home that feels safer, more efficient, and better prepared to support the family’s next chapter.
